Through wholeheartedness and an ability to be present to oneself, bringing attention to what matters in the day-to-day as well as the long-term, a leader gets results. Yes. In a big, great, holistic way.
Chris has years of experience coaching executives and senior level leaders in multiple industries, including the financial sector, IT, manufacturing, health care, luxury retail, beauty, and federal and local government. Chris is a certified developmental coach, working with leaders who desire not only to learn new skills, but to expand their vision, perspectives and reach, based on developmental milestones that have been researched and documented. She has studied the stages of adult development with Dr. Susanne Cook-Greuter and Dr. Otto Laske for over a decade and is certified to score the MAP assessment, which pinpoints a leader’s stage of development and, more importantly, helps leaders track and shape their leadership journey.
As the founder and creator of the Leadership Coaching Certificate Program at Georgetown University, which has graduated over 1500 coaches, Chris led a faculty of 45+ coaches and consultants to teach and consistently evolve the ICF accredited program.
